| Customer Reviews: Absoluely Fantastic June 3, 2007 Bram (Hertford) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This is a real must. It would be easy to pick out Ray Winstone as the star, but the whole cast are fantastic. Brilliantly written and directed, it may be in 4 episodes, but make sure you leave yourself the 3 1/2 hours needed because you won't be able to turn it off.
Refreshing September 8, 2008 Sizzle (UK) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Excellent performances from the three central characters, good script a slightly oddball theme make this a hugely entertaining piece of viewing.

br /It's more a short story with 3 main constituent parts but they all blend easily together to make the whole thing work smoothly.
br /
br /One of Ray Winstone's best parts one that he tackles with relish - the story of his relationship with his wife is hilarious sad in equal parts as it unfolds.

br /Well worth the money then some!

Ray of light July 14, 2009 misfit (uk) If your a Winstone fan, and who isn't really he's a top lad, just get the film you'll love it. Now I really didn't need to tell you that did I?
fine british drama February 27, 2008 A. Goss (UK) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
A superb little-known drama about the lives of three friends. Not like most UK dramas on TV these days, BMADs is hard-hitting at times, but with a great sense of humour that makes all four episodes on this DVD well worth watching right to the brilliant end.
Great British TV July 21, 2009 Veronica Walsh (Australia) Not sure who to say is the star of this show - Tessa Peake-Jones and Phil Davies are fantastic - such a different role for her from Del Boy's wife but a great show of how real love can hold you together. Ray is Ray in this, sunglasses, the walk, the attitude, the bully but still great. It's a good bit of British TV and insight into real friendship
