I used to love the show when it was on tv in the 90's but as comedy tends to date really badly I was worried that time would have taken it's toll on the series. Thank god - how WRONG I was!! Trust me, it's as hilarious as ever. If you used to be a fan then don't hesitate - buy these DVDs at once! The first series has about 3 ropey episodes as the cast and writers find their feet but aside from that... Genius! I can't recommend this wonderful series more highly. After the first two seasons exploring the family-life scenarios and concentrating on Roseanne Dan, the third season pans out most of the characters with both hilarious comic and realistic dramatic effects. br / br /The third season was televised on British television many years ago, and certainly brings back memories. br / br /Without doubt this season is one of the best of Roseanne and will stand out in your DVD collection.
