What more could you want? If anything this was even better than the first season - the stories were stronger, the characters more fully developed and interesting, the humour more cutting and funnier. A real treat. Well, except for the Applewhite plot line - not that great. But the rest? Fantastic.

br /For anyone who missed it, think of the first season, then add 100% more of everything. For anyone who missed the first season too... well, there's just no explaining some people's tastes is there!!! Buy it. You'll love it!

We have only just 'got into' desperate house wives...why did it take us so long.
br /The program is addictive you just want to keep on watching more and more. The twist at the end of the series just wasn't expected.

This season of DH is just totally amazing, so sad, so funny, so tragic all at the same time! I totally ignored the critics who said this season wasnt as good as the first season and have throughly enjoyed looking forward to Wednesday nights every week for the past 6 months of my life.

I have to agree with an earlier reviewer: if the stated extras are there, they're hidden! All the extras are on one disk (which I think is a good idea), but advertised and apparently absent are:

br /That said, there are other features not mentioned, including:

br /But returning to the show itself, just as good as always, better than a soap, funnier than a sitcom. A tad far-fetched in places, but then if you've ever been to America ..!

This series is well good. It is better than The First Series but i feel it isn't as good as the Third Series (Which Is Currrently Showing On TV). It is still a very very thrilling, exciting and funny series with over thousands and thousands of laughs, thrills and scares. Throughout the series is very intense and you are left dying to see the next episode. I also think the special features and extras are brilliant too. This DVD is a must-have.
