| Customer Reviews: easy to watch but not an earth -shatterer November 13, 2007 dan the fan (england,uk) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This film is okay if you want to relax and watch something easy to follow.
br /But don't expect any great surprises, good jokes,or a particularly interesting storyline.I mainly bought it to see the Duff sisters acting together which I suppose is what the marketing people were hoping!
easy-to-watch teen movie May 28, 2008 TCJOHNSTON (GB) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
okay, a fair cast - the duff sisters look really good in this film, but it's not going to be one of those movies that stays in your mind for ages after and you cant wait to rush out and buy it. it's a bubbly teen movie which was easy to watch and doesnt require huge amounts of attention to detail - some laughs, generally light-hearted, but would go on the shelf next to sabrina the teenage witch sort of thing.
hilarys getting a little boring now October 8, 2007 love.film.breath.film 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
a huge dissapointement! with the fact that hilary hasnt been i a film since her recent waitloss and her singing career kicking off i thought that her acting would have grown up alot more considering the role she plays in material girls compared to her past roles. but unfortunatly not, it seems her appearance has but she still manages to act as the innocent little goody two shoes even as a spoilt brat.
Don't buy it! December 21, 2008 pinkfairyice (London, UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Seriously spend your money on something else! This film is such a waste - there is no story line, it's unrealistic (in a dodgy way - how can they lose all their money, and yet let still manage to have perfect hair and nails?) and Haylie Duff's acting is terrible! You are so much better off watching Mean Girls!
complete rubbish! November 10, 2007 pinkfairyice (London, UK) 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
god what a waste of £7! it was so plastic (some plastic movies are good but not this) i think the whole reason why this movie sucked so bad was that haylie duff can't act to save her life (plus shes ugly). the whole time she is stealing the limelight from hilary duff.

br /it was so unrealistic ; they were supposed to have lost all their money, and yet they still had perfect hair and everything. also, when they WERE rich, i would have thought they would have a better looking house - it was all dark and no girly stuff in it.
br /
br /overall it was crap. i bought it thinking that i was going to enjoy a cute chick flick film, but no i didnt, i can't believe i actually watched it all.
