Customer Reviews: Better that I expected; probably a 3 1/2 February 15, 2009 Lyn (Melbourne Australia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful I wasn't expecting that much from this movie but it was better than anticipated. br /It's close to the plot of Hitch but don't expect a complete match. br /It is comedy that ran close to the edge of silly at times but didn't cross the line. The script needed a bit of attention and the movie tried to underline a comic moment over and over when we got it the first time. They could have finished the movie 5 minutes earlier but overplayed a scene to the point of Salman going into unnecessary hamminess. br /Salman also had too many gratuitous shirt removals (and I'm not that impressed by that sight anyway!) br /Apart from this Govinda and Salman were mostly quite good and Salman was dancing better and with more range of moves than I've seen him in many movies. Katrina and Govinda made an appropriately cute couple (if a little unlikely!) Lara Dutta was fine but didn't have a lot of chemistry with Salman. br /The music and dance was contemporary, upbeat, and generally catchy and lifted the movie beyond the mediocre. br /Most ratings on the Net hover about the 5 out of 10.
