Want can I say this man is a "star". My husband bought me this DVD for my birthday, we watched it twice in one night. br /Mick is thrilling and the band is so together, love the sax!!!! br /The whole show is a joy, our friends have borrowed the DVD (UNDER DURESS I MIGHT ADD) now they have thier own. br / br /My daughter is a fan also and have seen Mick 3 times in concert when she was younger, however she still loves him. br / br /"Stay" seems and old friend, like we already know it. br /That just shows how brill an artist he is. br /So Mick keep on doing what your do and please dont stop...

Well. What can I say, but that I'm very disappointed again. Why? First I can't doubt the briliance of Mick's vocal and way of singing. When it comes to performing the music it's also bright. But at the same time I wonder why are there at the moments two electric guitars playing when there's only one at the scene (So not over you), why there's tambourine when I can' see no one playing it (Night nurse), who's playing strings on "So beautiful", who hits tambourine at the fourth beat of a tact and triangle on "For your babies"..... What I want to say is that many parts of music, especially rhythm section, aren't played by the band but probably are playbacked. When it comes to part from Amsterdam, I wonder who's singing backing vocals on these songs, when there's only Mick who's got the mike. If there were session musicians it should be stated somewhere. True is that SR wouldn't be the first to get help from the machines (who can convince me that U2 themselves play all the instruments that can be heard on their concerts ?!?, Phil Collins "Sussudio"), but as one of the best they shouldn't do it, because it makes me ask myself, isn't it all machine ??? If they use machines it should be stated. If you don't believe me listen carefuly, for instance, Fairground ("lo-lo-lo love the thought" part) and Sunrise (female singing "sunrise") on all their concerts, and Perfect love on Live at Cuba. I think SR has got more money and credits to pay aditional musitians to play it all live than to use machines to sound perfect. br /I adore SR and because of that I spent my money on all of their albums and most DVD-s, but something like this I cannot just let go. And at the end I really regeret spending almost 14 pounds on "Live at Royal Albert Hall". If I'm mistaken about all I wrote I deeply apologise first to SR than to all those who read this. But I'm quite sure I'm right. br /I suggest to the costumers and also to SR to, for instance, see Bruce Springsteen The Session band's Live in Dublin concert. That's something must be seen !!! br /
