| Customer Reviews: Amazing! March 28, 2008 G. Spencer 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As a huge Nelly Furtado fan i have been eyeing up this CD/DVD since it was released. I was hoping to get it for christmas, but I didn't, then I was hoping to get it for my birthday, but again i didn't. So in the end i just decided to buy it for myself!

br /I now wish i'd have bought it immediately, it's amazing. I played the CD first. I think the performances on the cd are recorded from different places, but they are merged together really well. It it basically a live version of Loose, 10 of the 12 album tracks are here apart from In God's Hands (i don't know why this isn't on the CD, but it's on the DVD so it's ok)and Te Busque, which isn't on the CD or DVD. The CD also includes I'm Like A Bird. If you are a Loose fan you'll love the CD.

br /The dvd is even better! I think the DVD performancs are different to the ones on the CD. She performs 11 Loose tracks (not including the bonus tracks Somebody to Love and Let My Hair Down and Te Busque) and most of her previous singles, highlights are Try/Powerless/Wait for You/Maneater/Promiscuous/All Good Things and well... basically all of them.

br /For a CD+DVD this isn't a bad item at all. Definately worth the money.
Worth buying especially for the bonus CD September 14, 2008 London Lad (London UK) I must admit I'd never heard of Nelly Furtado when she popped up on my TV screen, live in 2007 for the Diana concert at Wembley Stadium, UK. I was so impressed with the 3 songs she did there. It was amazing. I bought this Loose live DVD on the basis of that Wembley performance. You can tell it's the same tour, with most of the same dancers, musicians, musical arrangements, etc. But the Toronto show on the DVD is simply not as good, in my opinion, at least not for those 3 songs. But as the DVD includes many more songs, it's still definitely worth buying. Why don't I think the DVD is as good? Firstly, the video editing and choice of shots is poor so they show you more of the audience than the other musicians. And too much of Nelly! This did not happen for the Wembley show. At Wembley, you saw what a great drummer Nelly has, and how her backing singer is singing her heart out. These musicians get hardly a look-in on this DVD It's so unfair. Secondly, the image quality was a lot clearer. Thirdly, Nelly looks better with her hair tied back. Make sure you get the version of the Loose live DVD which comes with the bonus CD. The performances on the bonus CD are probabably 'best of' from the entire tour. They sound better than on the DVD itself. So this item is worth buying just for the CD alone.
