As such, Belle continues to jump between her two lives, on one hand a legal secretary, and on the other, a high-class prostitute with some very varied clients. p Things get a bit trickier and a lot more heated though for Belle this time around. For series two of ISecret Diary Of A Call Girl/I finds her struggling to keep her two lives entirely apart, her attempts to be a proper girlfriend, and ultimately her plan to get out of the business altogether. Naturally, all of these come with twists and turns along the way, and by the end of the series, her career has taken a quite different turn. p Continually graphic in its portrayal of what Belle does for a living, ISecret Diary Of A Call Girl/I relies heavily on its leading lady to get it through its slower moments. But it continues to be an entertaining enough drama, with the episodes never outstaying their welcome. And a third series is on the way, tooâ¦ --IJon Foster/I

Customer Reviews: Just gets better and better July 1, 2009 victor (uk) Like the first series its great to watch,very sexy and its been done with a touch of elegance.This series focus more about belle trying keep the work and personal lives apart,Is torn apart what to do with her life because she falls in love.Also Belle having to deal her relationships with friends and family because her lifestyle.I loved both series can not wait for the next one. With Billie not looking quite as trim as the first series, and the obvious body doubles used, the more intimate moments don't work as well as the first series. For me they just seem to cut too obviously and spoil the flow. In some ways it may have been better to just tone them down altogether if Billie didn't want to do nude scenes anymore. With the complications of Belles call girl lifestyle begining to compromise her, the problems she faces compared to series 1 are quite different. With her age catching up on her and the lack of relationships, she begins to feel very alone. So in essence, deeper and less titillating than the first series, with a lot more focus on relationships but still a good watch. FANTASTIC TV VIEWING August 26, 2009 Mrs. L. A. The reason for this is mainly down to the fact that Billie Piper was pregnant through much of the filming so those nude scenes and intimate moments that made the first series so explosive have been toned down. Instead we find Belle/Hannah struggling with the dilema of how to have a relationship when your job invovles you sleeping with men for money?!? br / br /There are some fabulous episodes and we also see Belle taking on a mentoring role in this season to new call girl Bambi which is great viewing especially in one episode where they are both invited along to an erotic party which goes horribly wrong. br / br /I personally cannot wait for Season 3, this is great TV viewing and well written and filmed. Billie Piper is outstanding and I'm sure after the birth of her little boy last year she herself will be keen to get back into shape so she can truly do her character Belle justice in this season.
