Excellent review of a great season December 2, 2008

F1 reviews have gradually got better and better each year after trying to cram everything into two hours. This is the longest review yet just short of 4 hours and spread over 2 discs and its definately needed and deserved. br / br /Each race has about 10 minutes given to it, a driver takes you around their qualifying lap and there's some short montages and five extra features such as a look around Force India, interviews with Ross Brawn and Sebastien Bourdais. br / br /Its narrated once again by Ben Edwards who does his usual excellent job and for once its nice to have a non Lewis worshipping DVD. Ben always stays neutral which is the best way to be. br / br /One of the best review DVDs.

This DVD is not only a collector's item, but a 'must-have' for all F1 fans. The FIA cameras capture all the exciting race incidents and moments that are not avalaible elsewhere. If you can't attend the event live, this is just like being there but also takes you behind the scenes, into areas sadly not accessible to the paying public. The action is stunning and the quality of the production outstanding.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He's a big F1 fan and has the reviews for the 2006 and 2007 seasons as well. Our 2 year old son is becoming a big F1 fan as well, and insisted on watching this DVD on Christmas day instead of finishing opening his own presents! br / br /The DVD footage includes lots of clips that you don't get to see during the live footage on ITV, as well as extra interviews with the drivers and team principals.

This double DVD is very good if you are a fan of F1. It is very complete and offers not just a summary of the season but also some inside views and some interesting facts. It goes very very quickly and you will not belived you have just been watching for 4 hours... br / br /A great buy for all the F1 fans... br / br /And to top it all Hamilton wins it... br /

I bought this for my husband as he is a massive F1 fan,he was really pleased with it and has watched it loads since christmas. The d.v.d has lots of extra information that you do not get on other unofficial discs.All in all, a very good buy.
