3 out of 5 stars Interesting Look At The Word Some Hate   August 13, 2009
DL Productions UK (Merseyside, UK)

This is an interesting documentary on the F word, probably the most controversial word for some, others seem to enjoy using it at every occasion, and when you think this movie contains the word 800 times, you'd better get used to it - everything from the history to the usage in everyday media is covered here, and discussed by gonzo directors, porn stars, and people who are against the usage, so you do get quite a lot of perspectives on the word. br / br /It's an interesting documentary, but I don't think it's something you'll come back to often, it's interesting the once - but then you'd probably never watch this again. You're probably unlikely to see this on TV either, so renting it is the best route. br / br /The DVD is barebones which is OK considering it's a documentary, so you don't need a big summarisation by the director of why he made it, but the presentation isn't good either, there was like half a line at the bottom of the screen all the way through, which you would have thought someone would have spotted. br / br /Not bad, but it's not going to be one of those things you come back to.
