| Customer Reviews: My favorite season of the 1995 Spider-man series. June 11, 2009 M. Maharajh (USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Season 2 kicks off with a 14 ep story arc, where Spider-Man is loosing his powers due to the fact that the spider bite that initially gave him his powers is starting to change him, physically into 'something else'!

br /This is by far my favorite season of the Animated series. Not only is the overall story great, but there are guest appearances by many favorites in the Marvel universe including The X-Men, Morbius, Blade (this is before the 1998 Blade movie came out, and the writers of the Blade movie revealled that Whistler, who was written for THIS animated series, was to become part of the film-verse Blade thanks to this SpiderMan cartoon!)....and The Punisher!

Great season June 16, 2009 Luke J. Halsall (Glasgow, Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This series continues where season one left off. We see the Insidious Six make their debut, the X-Men cross over episodes (which are awesome) and the huge overarching Morbius/mutation storyline. However my favourite episodes were the tablet of time and the vulture at the end.

br /As a whole a great season which no bad episodes whatsoever. In my opinion it isn't as good as season 1 or 3 but is still brilliant especially if you like Morbius.

br /In general, if you like Spidey, you'll love this. End of

i like at the beginning of the disc it says that there may be slight imperfections due to the source material being from archived video. so far the only glitch that i've seen is in the 2nd episode, "battle of the insidious six." there is a slight lag in the audio. i.e., spider-man will sling a web then there will be the web-sling sound fx a beat after he does it. i think it was really big of the dvd company to say that there would be slight imperfections. so far this is the only one i've seen. i'm just glad spider-man is on dvd.
be a kid again.... August 27, 2009 M. J. Passley (england uk) great fun, just as i remember it, for those who saw this series in the 90's no need of convincing there,(most likely in your collection already!) all the villains and hereos are there, venom, kingpin, goblin, punisher, shocker, endless list, if your not sure then youtube have a few episodes you can view to make up your mind, cartoon series are not made to this standard anymore sadly... i'm starting on season 3 soon,( watched season 1,2 already.) for the price excellent buy!
