| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.co.uk Review An indispensable and definitive collection showcasing the passionate genius of the late rapper. The album's non-chronological sequence highlights the contradictory impulses that made Tupac's music so commanding; the 21 well-loved "hits", some slightly reedited for legal reasons, are accompanied by four previously unheard songs. Of the new material, the raw-sounding "God Bless the Dead" has been the subject of the most speculation, owing to its subject matter: a eulogizing of the late Notorious B.I.G.--a mysterious feat, since Tupac was killed six months before Biggie. And, making its first proper appearance on a Tupac album, the B-side "Hit 'Em Up" stands as the most intense outburst of pure venomous rage ever captured on tape. Whether he's waxing political, philosophical, or just plain paranoid, Tupac's empathetic, charismatic style remains unmatched. i--Charley Gothic /i

The best album ever! January 17, 2002 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This has 2 be with out a doubt the greatest rap album of all time. The album really shows pacs quality on tracks like keep ya head up, changes and California love. California Love also shows the producing ability of non other than the great Dr Dre.brPac shows in this album why he is known as the master of rap and definately backs its up. Tunes like All about u show pacs ability 2 have fun while recoding a record while tunes like How long will they morn me show his serious side. This album includes artists like Dre, Snoop and Nate.brIf u only buy one album make sure its this 1.brR.I.P Pac

Top tunes from the top artist November 14, 1999 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This album made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. The soulful melody of Life goes On followed by the outgageous attack on the east coast-Hit em up shows the diverse range of talent Pac possessed. I love it.
