| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.co.uk Review Queen of the power ballad, throughout the 1990s the Canadian diva Celine Dion bestrode the international pop charts like a colossus. But if her songs sailed into view with all the pomp and bombast of the Titanic, they would never be wrecked on the icebergs of critical scorn, kept buoyant by an audience's passion for tales of fidelity and true love. iA Decade Of Song/i collects Celine's most memorable moments; check, for example, "Power Of Love", Celine belting out "Cause ahm your lady/ And you are mah maaaaaaayn" with such zeal that even the most inept wedding DJ should be able to fill any post-reception dancefloor. "Think Twice" and "My Heart Will Go On" pull ruthlessly efficient feats of epic grandeur, although it's evident that "I'm Your Angel"--a duet with R Kelly--is far from her finest moment. That niggle aside, iA Decade Of Song/i proves Celine is one of our generation's most enduringly successful popular singers. i--Louis Pattison/i

C'est Super! March 15, 2001 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
A great album that has Celines greatest English hits so far and six new songs which could easily have been singles themselves. An excellent album from the greatest singer in the world. Listen to 'I Want You to Need Me' and 'If Walls Could Talk', for which Shania Twain does backing vocals and her husband, Mutt Lange wrote and produced superbly. A MUST TO HAVE IN YOUR CD COLLECTION!!!
Her greatest hits of the 1990s October 24, 2004 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
'All The Way...A Decade of Song' is an album any ballad fan could buy and appreciate. It lists all of Celine's classic top 10 hits such as 'My Heart Will Go On' and 'The Power of Love' plus her more recent releases and some non-released gems such as 'Then You Look at Me' from the Robin Williams movie 'Bicentennial Man' and 'All The Way', with Frank Sinatra (oh, the magic of studio technology!). The album is Celine at her commercial best, buy and be in awe of how many stars she has worked with and how wide her vocal range is yet look to her very early albums such as 'Celine Dion' for her true, unique, spark.pOf all her albums, 'All The Way' is one which I constantly play if I can't decide between them all! It has a bit of everything! Buy it!!!
Amazing Artist, Exceptional Album December 14, 2001 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is more of a 'very best of' album, rather than a greatest hits. There are plenty of songs that didn't make the final edit such as only one road, misled, falling into you, love can move mountains, where does my heart beat now, all by myself, just to name a few. The songs that are included are her most popular and best known tracks, which are all fantastic. Even the new, previously unreleased songs challenge the older classics. This album is great for any mild celine fan, but massive followers would be dissappointed with the wide number of songs missed off. Which will only be included on the many collectors edition albums to follow, or possibly a complete greatest hits in many years to come.
Not just a collection of hits but a brand new album too November 21, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
At last an album containing the song To Love you More. That song and the haunting version of The First Time Ever I saw Your face prove Celine is only getting better all the time. She makes all other female singers fade into insignificance. Take a listen you will NOT be disappointed. This is the best album I have bought this year.
The Voice of the Generation at her Best April 24, 2003 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
The album is incredible from the strong sound of "The Power of Love" to the wonderful "Live for the One I Love". Celine's duet with Peabo Bryson, "Beauty and the Beast" is good to listen to and the powerful ballad "It's all coming back to me Now" makes me sing along in my bad attempt at Celine's strong yet beautiful voice. The best song is the love theme from Titanic "My Heart Will Go On" which makes me really realise how amazing Celine Dion's voice is. The only way you won't like it is if you have a bad taste in music, don't like brilliant singing or dislike beautiful ballads. An amazing album.
