Amazon.co.uk Review
iInvincible/i, the second offering from Five is, like the band's eponymous debut, a mixed bag. Featuring the utterly magnificent top-three single "If Ya Gettin' Down" (based around the hook from Indeep's hip disco classic "Last Night a DJ Saved My Life"), the band's only number one, the Motownesque "Keep On Movin'"(ironically one of their weakest singles), the odd cheesy ballad ("Invincible") as well as a smattering of pure pop genius--"Mr Z" and the faux sci-fi theme tune "Battlestar". In today's world of throwaway pop music, Five have earned themselves the accolade of being the boy band that even boys and the hip music crowd like, largely due to their winning combination of stomp-pop, tough image and camaraderie. All this has secured them a somewhat unexpected longevity as far as bands of their particular ilk are concerned--good on 'em. --iRonita Dutta/i

5 out of 5 stars A brilliant sound!   April 20, 2001

This CD rocks! Five are an ultra original, pure pop and rock band! Unlike most boy bands, they can actually sing, and this album is the best yet! There are loads of new, unheard of tracks - like Mister Z and Battlestar. There are also favourites such as Keep On Moving and We Will Rock You. The best track, I think, is Invincible, even though it makes me cry every single time - nice one Five!

This album is a lot better then their first one,I love the first album but this one is just so much better. Their is a song for everyone on it, the smashing number 1 single 'Keep On Movin' is included on it and their new groovy single 'We Will Rock You' that will have you dancing around your room! It's a CD that definately should have a place on your CD rack!

5 out of 5 stars A cd that sets them apart from other boy bands   June 28, 2000

I'll be one of the first people to admit that almost all boy bands sound exactly alike, but this cd sets Five apart from the rest. Beside their ability to co-write almost all of their songs, the music that they produce is much more diversified and mature than what other bands out there produce; they don' only speak about the girls they say good-bye to or their aching hearts. It is a really great album to listen to for an extended period of time. My personal favorites are Invincible, Alright, If ya gettin' down and Battlestar For most of you, you won't regret buying this

5 out of 5 stars It's great. I would recomment this CD to everyone.   August 2, 2000

Invincible is my favourite album. 5ive are the most original boyband around. And all the songs on the album are great. My big favourite is 'keep on moving'. Invincible includes all Five's latest hits including their latest single 'we will rock you', and don't forget to check out hidden track no.55! After listening to this album J, Richie, Scott,Sean and Abbs are going to be your all-time favourite popstars!
