The Kids first and arguably still finest collection, Before he became burdened down by stardom and expectations, the Kid, and The Babes, managed to produce such classic tracks as Table Manners, Gina Gina, Annie I'm not Your Daddy to name but three.pAnticipation the popularity of Latin music Kid Creole and the Coconuts deliver on this album an ursurpassed mix of latin, samba, cuban music in their unique and inimitable style.pRecommended to lovers of great music, highly recommended to dance lovers.

I have to be honest and say "Annie...." was never my favourite tune. Light and breezy? Yes. Carefully crafted? Yes? Good? Well average...

br /The best track on the album is without doubt, in my opinion at least, "There's something wrong in paradise". A witty, sharp, intelligent song fused to neat, precise music.
br /
br /Maladie D'Amour is also a hidden gem and gets a nod in it's direction for the style and the passion behind the music. To continue that theme, it is clear that the shear enjoyment of making music without pressure shines through in this album.
