This is truly the best of Canadian rock. Bif Naked is the ultimate rock chick sending out a tough female message for a world of fans. This album allows for a collection of Bif's best songs throughout the years. The stand out tracks are as follows:pRich and Filthy - in this new single Biffy proves she hasnt lost any of her magic.pDaddys Getting Married - A mix of very bizzare lyrics makes this track stand out, in this song Bif deals with the problems of divorce within families.pTell on You- In this song Bif tells of her own experiences of rape, this as a very emotional and empowering track for women and also tells of the horror of raoe "even the mice were laughing at the smell of pain, here we go again"pChotee - This again tells of one of the more dreadful experiences of this stars life when she tells of her abortion- " He didnt want to be a husband, didnt want to be a daddy"pTwitch- this is without a doubt the most fun track on the entire album. With superb guitar riffs and screaming vocals, this is an awesome song for practising with the old air guitar.pI Love Myself Today - like Twitch this is also one of the more upbeat and uplifting songs in the album with Bif's unique touch of rock.pThere are also remixes on this album which are not to be missed, i am not usually one for remixes, but with Bif's vocals nothing can go wrong. This magnificent collection of the most memorable Bif Naked songs makes me wonder if i really am in heaven.

I first heard of Bif Naked through the Buffy album track 'Lucky' which is the most amazing song I have heard, this leading me to puchase this album to see what more the canadian rockers had to offer. I was not disapointed to say the least.pFor the beginning opening pure rock number 'Rich and Filthy' this album throbs of pure excellence. 'Rich and Filthy' is a catchy, rock, all out beat and will have you head banging in no time, then follows more rocking numbers like 'I Love Myself Today' which is a brilliant track to put on if your felling empowered or low to enhance a good mood, it's rock but has an edge of pop which works. There isn't 1 lame filler I can name on this album. Different styles in each song keep this fresh throughout, with power balled with a tinge of rock 'Lucky' and heart tearing's 'My Whole Life' and 'Tell On You'.pCatchy numbers such as 'Twicth', Tango Shoes and Choking On The Truth' make this my favorite album of all time and a must for any one who likes music, full stop, will apeal to pop lovers and rock mashers alike! Extremely Recommended.

This is a great disc of all of Bif's best songs including some remixed ones which do not detract from the brilliant words. The best deal with this however is the DVD that comes with it - this shows Bif in her best form and has all the videos she has ever done on it. If you are a new fan of Bif Naked or just curious this is the best thing to get as it shows the full of scale of talent that Bif Naked has. From pure ballad with a rocky edge (Lucky) to in your face Rockeness (Momment of weakness) you will be yelling along with this for years to come!
