This is a delicious debut album from a young lady who, if you'll forgive the cliche, is destined for great things. The quality of the songwriting is quite outstanding. The melodies are terrific, while Kate's lyrics are really mature and challenging. Kate's voice could melt snow - it's sweet and delicate but with an inner power. Now and again her vocal appears to be on the edge, but it always delivers! It's hard to pick out my favourite track -'Star' is the most immediate and would make a hit single with some decent airplay. Quicksand also falls into that category. There are several growers and I particularly like 'It's never over', 'Animals on Fire' and 'Holes in my jacket.' If I had to pick one only, it would be 'Impressionable' which has wonderful lyrics, a nice building melody with a lovely hook and one of the best Middle 8's I've heard in ages! I saw Kate perform solo at The Barfly supporting Jamie Cullum and she won over many in the audience who had definitely come to see Jamie. Check out Kate Walsh and tell your friends - in fact, surprise them with a copy of Clocktower Park in their Christmas stocking!

What a great album. Its a refreshing change to hear crafted music. She has such a beautiful voice I cant wait to hear more from her. With the second to none production it all equals to a fantastic debut album. Buy it now you will not be dissapointed

This is probably the best album I have heard this year. I was lucky enough to get hold of a promo copy and I'm glad I did! This girl can really sing and backed up by the quality of musicians used on this album it is guarenteed to be a winner. The production quality of this album is great which adds another layer to this great album.

Clocktower park is the debut album from an extremely talented young lady named Kate Walsh. I bought this album on a referral from a friend and I was simply blown away. This young lady has the best natural singing voice I have ever heard. The album is probably the most well produced I have had the pleasure of listening to and the musicianship is excellent. The musicians on this album are obviously true professionals as it shows in there playing. Buy it today you won't be dissapointed!

What a special and unique style of music! Ive fallen in love with 'its never over' Such deep words with real meaning and every song brings a tear of emotion to my eye! Shes even better live so check her out! This girls on her way to stardom, go girl! X
