I think Luda is taking risks with putting his self out there in different ways and for that I respect him.He is showing a diverse personality.This album is a lot different from the other two but is still sticking to that Ludacris style and flavor.He is at a very succesful time in his career and will hopefully in the future give us more details about him through his music.

I'm a big Luda fan, and this album has sum great tunes on it, like, 'Stand Up' 'Hoes in my room' and 'Diamond in the Back', bt the album didn't quite meet my expectations, and most of the tunes aren't as up-beat an heavy as the ones from past albums 'Word Of Mouf' 'Back for the first time' and 'Incognegro'. Although it didn't quite meet my expectations, I still recommend that u buy this album, because i think the strong points of the album still outdo the negative ones. If you like more mellow Southern Rap from Ludacris, then this album's for you!

Sure, most rap is junk food. And the salty rhymes of Dirty South rapper Ludacris are hardly the more tasteful selections on the menu. But, as with most junk food, sometimes you just can't resist. pChicken 'N' Beer, the fourth album from the former Chris Bridges, is one of those times. pOn these 17 songs and skits, the boisterous and outlandish rhymer cooks up another greasy platter based on his secret recipe: bouncy beats by the pound, plenty of crunchy fatback crackle and a vast selection of spicy samples and loops, topped by layers of his gruff barking and sprinkled liberally with steamy couplets and, ahem, fowl-mouthed expletives. pSure, a steady diet of tracks like Blow it Out and Hoes in My Room would make anybody queasy after awhile. pBut even if it is empty calories, Chicken 'N' Beer is finger-licking good

Ludacris its one of the sickest MC's to ever grace our ears "Chicken-N-Beer" hes 3rd commercial album (He had an album before "Back For The First Time" called "Incognegro")br"Chicken-N-Beer" isnt the best Ludacris album maybe i was lookin for "Word Of Mouf 2" its got some bangers but was kinda dissapointedp1.Southern Fried Intro/I don't really like this much it's got comic appeal though and rapper that fast is really cool 7/10p2.Blow It Out/One of the 5 singles released from the album it seems a lil too hardcore to got any recognition i like this song its really cool the video was kinda boring 9/10p3.Stand Up (Featuring Shawnna)/Produced by Kanye West this is a great club banger the video was great and this song is jus a feel good song u cant help but dance to it 10/10p4.Rob Quarters Skit/This is funny 62 yr old man wantin to be a rapper Luda has a great sense of humour 10/10p5.Splash Waterfalls/Another single this is one of the better tunes on the CD the Raphael Saadiq remix is better but this is really good its very sexual as well 10/10p6.Hard Times (Featuring 8Ball MJG Carl Thomas)/This a great song love Carl Thomas this songs really good 8Ball MJG are great rappers its one of the heartfelt songs 10/10p7.Diamond In The Back/I Didn't like this at first this was a single as well i like the sample as well but it does get a bit boring 6/10p8.Screwed Up (Featuring Lil' Flip)/Lil' Flip is soooo great this is a great song this is about drugs is funny 9/10p9.T-Baggin (Skit)/This is so weird its funny but a bit sick as well 6/10p10.P-Poppin' (Featuring Shawnna Lil' Fate)/Samples Mystikals "Danger (Been So Long)" this was a single as well i like this song the beat is crazy 10/10p11.Hip-Hop Quotetables/Skip 0/10p12.Black Man's Stuggle (Skit)/Who care's bout someone goin toilet its nasty and really not funny its discusting 0/10p13.Hoes In My Room (Featuring Snoop Dogg)/I love the beat on this one its nice and laid back its funny as well 9/10p14.Teamwork/Skip 0/10p15.Interactive (Skit)/Too many skits on this man 0/10p16.We Got (Featuring Chingy, I-20 Tity Boi)/I love Chingy's part on this its a great song i used to play this alot 10/10p17.Eyebrows Down (Featuring Tity Boi Dollar Boy)/Nahhhh i aint gotta feel him on dis one 0/10pTop 5 Chicken-N-Beer Tunesbr1.Stand Upbr2.Splash Waterfallsbr3.Hard Timesbr4.We Gotbr5.P-PoppinpThis album is the most disapointing one i own ill be buying "Red Light District" soon hope its way better then this one

Ludacris has done it again, this album is great, definately one to get... Stand Up was the first song i heard from this album and I had an urge to buy it... He's kept up his standards, never slipped.
