First off, I am a big fan of all the "Popera" singers...Andrea, Josh, Il Divo, Mario Vittorio...Yet for me Russell has the best pop/classical voice in the group!!! This is a great collection of songs and the two new addtions are wonderful, Russell can sing anything and sing it great!!!! I personally can#x27;t wait to see what the future brings from the talented Mr. Watson!!!

Full to bursting of all your Russell favourites, this CD is a must have for all fans, old and new,of Russell Watson.Just like looking at an old photograph album, this CD will bring back memories of all your favourite moments. From the enticing Nella Fantasia(1st song-1st album)to the wonderful Nessun Dorma(the BIG finish)and including two'bonus'tracks(The Elvis classic "Can't Help Falling In Love" and Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing")This is surely an album to make you smile and you don't have to be a Russell Watson fan to enjoy it!
Wonderful Russell! August 14, 2006 Helen (Hornchurch, Essex) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This CD compilation is great! Although I have Russell's other CD's, it is always a pleasure to listen some of my favourite songs all on one CD. As usual, Russell doesn't disappoint and his voice is .... what can you say - wonderful! Well worth the buy and his version of "You Raise Me Up" is my favourite. Continue Russell - look forward to your next album!
review Excellance March 14, 2006 Ann Hunt (Urmston, Manchester, England) 17 out of 19 found this review helpful
Having all Russell#x27;s CD, this is definitely the Ultimate. I feel the content is wonderful, the last 2 extra songs give his voice a different aspect. The Elvis song he does so well, though the Whitney Houston song I will have to listen to again. brThe drum beat in the background spoils it a little. Whoever picked the tracks certainly picked the right ones. brMy favourite has to be Miserere, the rest fall into line. Oh I think it is just amazing, all of the CD.brI am quite sure this CD will bring him more appreciation and lots more fans.

Many people will be thinking of buying this album after hearing Russell Watson for the first time on the recent TV show Just the Two of Us. If you are one of these folk, I would say that this is a great place to start to get a good idea of what Russell can do. Although I#x27;ve been a fan since his first album, so am very familiar with 18 of the 20 tracks, this album still sets my spine tingling and leaves me with a huge smile on my face. Neither of the 2 new tracks are operatic. If you expect to hear a replica of Witney Housten but in a different key you will be disappointed by I Have Nothing. I didn#x27;t, and I certainly wasn#x27;t. I also get the feeling that as I hear it more I will grow to love this rendition more and more. As for Can#x27;t Help Falling in Love: there#x27;s obviously been a coronation. Long Live The (new) King!!
