More than one night in Paris August 19, 2006 Paris (New York) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Paris Hilton's debut album...what to expect? A big bad production of garbage? Well to my surprise...it's very good...
br /it keeps me going back for more...there are 3 songs in the album that don't fit very well but other than everything is good and the cover of ROD STEWART'S "D0 YOU THINK I'M SEXY" is just plain...it could've been better it sounds like a demo...
br /One of my sweet surprises on this album is that they fixed up "TURN U ON" very nicely and it's simply brilliant!!
br /Go PARIS!
"That's Hot" August 22, 2006 Mr. G. B. Coldwell 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
She doesn't have a great voice and it's not a brilliant album, but it's beyond. Each track will have you dancing around the house. There are a lot of sounds, from r'n'b to pop, with some rock inbetween. If you can resist dancing to "Screwed" and "I Want You", then CONGRATULATIONS! Totally worth buying!

Ok... July 7, 2007 Joe (Australia , perth, WA) 'Paris' by Paris Hilton ihas a few ok tracks, but too many samples and she should be more involved in the production of this album and hopefully on her next one she will showcase her vocal ability.

It's actually pretty good! December 21, 2007 Richard Morley (northampton, UK) Considering who this album belongs to, it's surprisingly good. Excellent mixes, of Pop, Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, Reggae and RB.
br /Turn it Up- Probably the best track on the album, the RB beat is really seductive, with Paris' voice, you just wanna dance.
br /Fighting over Me FT. Fat Joe and Jadakiss- To be honest i'm not sure why this is Paris featuring 2 of the biggest rappers in the world because she sings a very small part. Purely Hip Hop.
br /Stars are Blind- The albums lead single, a very daring attempt at Reggae, but it doesn't disappoint too much.
br /I Want You- The Jazz track of the album, it is a very cachy track that samples the classic 'Grease Lightning'.
br /Jealousy- Not entirely sure what genre this is, kind of a mix of Pop/Rock and RB. One of the songs that Paris helped in writing, a sad tale most likely about Nicole Richie.
br /Heartbeat- A nice electronc ballad. That's all there is to say.
br /Nothing in This World- the Pop Rock/Dance track of the album, simply very catchy, for some it'll be a song that you listen to over and over again, for others just something for when you're in the mood to dance.
br /Screwed- A more rocky track which was originally intended for Haylie Duff's debut album 'Masquerade', but somehow Paris got it.
br /Not leaving without you- the chorus sounds like some wannabe pop star auditioning for the X-Factor or American Idol, and is not gonna get through.
br /Turn you On- Rather similar to Turn it Up, a catchy, and seductive Dance/RB beat with a sultry voice.
br /Do Ya think i'm Sexy- A very risky cover of Rod Stewart's classic, initially it's not too bad, and the vocals don't sound too nasally.
