5 out of 5 stars Simply Brilliant   April 5, 2007

Ok, so I am biased. I am a huge Olivia fan. Have been for the last 25 years or so. Following her career and recordings, I have to say that after four decades in the business, Olivia has delivered a recording which is truly inspirational and brilliant. Her clear, beautiful vocals are at their best on Grace and Gratitude. The songs are very personal and that shines through when listening to them. Two highlights (and its unfair to single out any) but 'Learn to love yourself' and 'Love is letting go of fear'. Hugely personal and delivered after a particularily traumatic time this record deserves far wider recognition than it will ever get. All power to your elbow Olivia. Keep making records like this. And please come to the UK and tour. Simply brilliant.

5 out of 5 stars Ethereal and uplifting....a fine work of art.   June 11, 2007

Olivia Newton-John has been long respected as a singer, and on this intensely personal yet universal offering, she displays her fine talents as a song-writer, too. br / br /With lush, ethereal arrangments, and impeccable production by Amy Sky (who also co-writes several of the tracks) this is an album which reveals its treasures to you layer by layer, listen after listen. br / br /Based on a meditative progression through the seven major chakras - energy centres according to eastern philosophies - ten songs are woven together with instrumental interludes to create an unbroken cycle of music which is nothing short of captivating. br / br /And what songs they are....As memorable as many of her biggest chart hits, jewels like "Learn To Love Yourself", "I Will Lift Up My Eyes", "Pearls on a Chain", and the stunning "Instrument Of Peace" are worthy additions to the ONJ repertoire. br / br /However, what stands out most on this album is the sheer luminosity of Olivia's vocals...light, strong, earthy, soul-stirring, playful, serene, and full of power...she can count her performances here amongst her finest work. br / br /Brilliant and beautiful - a must-have album. br /

This is without doubt Olivia's best album to date. In a word it is simply beautiful and a must have for all her fans. The vocals are fresh and the music uplifting. It is such a pity that few people in the UK will ever hear this truly wonderful album. Thanks Olivia - you're still the best
