'Don't hesitate' August 11, 2008 J. E. Ashcroft (Ormskirk, UK) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
Don't hesitate to buy this album. It is amazing. Saw them at Liverpool Carling Academy last night and was blown away - by far the best gig I have seen for a long long time. Seriously, every song is brilliant. The two singles, 'We cry' and 'The man who can't be moved' are particularly good, but I really like the ballad 'I'm Yours', vocals are really powerful on this. I know I will be playing this over and over for a long time to come. The album has gone to number 1 in Ireland, let's hope it does the same in the UK. Good luck boys.

This is a truely brilliant debut album from The Script. There are touches of so many past bands they are going to huge IMHO. So difficult to sumerise, so best you go out buy it make your own minds up. Great Album guys!

I just got this album and listened to it on repeat because I was so blown away by how good it is.
br /Danny has a beautiful voice and the slick production makes it very polished.
br /My current favourite song is probably "Fall for Anything".
br /And the lyrics are accessible, being able to relate them to personal experiences.
br /
br /All in all, a fantasticalbum and I cannot wait to see them live=]
Genius! August 10, 2008 Gem (Manchester, UK) 13 out of 19 found this review helpful
I've got this album on pre-order, eagerly awaiting the post tomorrow! Saw these guys live last night and they played the entire thing, including their singles twice because they were so blown away by the crowd and a great cover of Heroes by David Bowie! Absolutely the best band I've heard and seen for a long, long time and honestly, the nicest, most down-to-earth guys I've ever met! Danny's vocals are amazing, the lyrics are meaningful and the tunes are really catchy and fresh. This is a very special piece of art! Love it!

Saw these guys on Live at Abbey Road and was blown away by the sound, the energy and the fabulous vocals. They sang 'We Cry' and 'The Man Who Can't Be Moved'.I'll be buying this album as soon as it's released.
