In this books Tyra aims to educate people about life in terms of beauty, hair, health, social issues and also sex and relationships.pThe content of the book is bascially Tyra telling people about her own experiences good or bad that can help people. She does not come across as a 'know it all' that it why she includes factual advice based on reliable sources.pThe outcome of the book will help people feel that you can be just as successful or beautiful as Tyra, because she also highlights her imperfections which every other person has as well, which makes her just like us a normal person.
