Pretty Darn Good January 17, 2008 Alison Dearie (Bathgate, Scotland) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I've read both of Jordan AKA Katie Price's book, and I have to say I'm now a fan and can't wait for her third book. People can say whatever they want, but love her ot hate her you have to admit she tells it just like it is. I love the fact that someone before me just copied out one paragraph from the book, it's a very good read. I like her direct attitude and the way you feel like your just having a girly chat with her, not being spoken down too. I say, give it a go, you might just be supprised.
Top read for fans or anyone interested February 3, 2006 Gemma Alger 8 out of 11 found this review helpful
The purpose of the book is to inform her fans of whats happened since the end of the last book. For that purpose, the book is fantastic. I could not put it down and found it interesting and reassuring to know that the lady who puts on such a brave face, is human after all. Although some may find the book #x27;drivel#x27; and for #x27;airheads#x27;, surely you knew what to expect, she is the original Barbie Doll, and i love her!! So if you like Jordan, you#x27;ll love this book to death, and if you dont then i suggest you do not read it, as obviously (although i must be an airhead), you won#x27;t.
This book completes me!!!! November 1, 2007 Mike #34;the tool#34; O'Toole (Somalia) 9 out of 14 found this review helpful
14 days ago, I was told that I had contracted syphillis, by my local doctor here in Mogadishu (in fairness, I think it was from a Brazilian prostitute in Recife). Afterwards, while I clipped my toenails over the kitchen sink, depressed, a female friend of mine arrived at the door. I went to the door, with only a 2x2ft towel on, and opened it. She knew there was nothing to say, so she only handed me a book, or more aptly The Book, "A Whole New World." I was encapsulated by the title. When I looked up my friend had disappeared in a puff of smoke, and I haven't seen her since.
br / As I turned the pages, I felt I was going to laugh and cry and burp at the same time. Katie's command of the English language is unparalled. She has turned my life upside down and inside out. She has managed to produce a work which examines the frequent moral and practical dilemmas which any celebrity faces on a daily basis and the reader can totally empathise with the author in dealing with these complex issues.
br / All I can say is, buy this book before it is sold out. Or pulped. I'm a changed man now. In fact, I'm even getting a gender re-assignment when I get my insurance claim money from crashing my 1992 red Volkswagon Polo into a donkey cart in Mogadishu city centre. Forget about the media's negative focus on Katie and those unscrupulous people who write derogatory and possibly defamatory comments on this site about her.
br / I can feel my syphillis clearing up even now. So, if you want to get a new perspective on life, and live in a "Whole New World", then get that credit card out, get this book and get control of your destiny, or whatever.
br / Thanks for your time

Even better than her debut February 1, 2006 Janine Taylor (Eastbourne, East Sussex) 8 out of 14 found this review helpful
This book makes a fab read. I could not put it down and read it over 2 days! Katie Price aka Jordan tells it how it is. She goes through how she actually fell for Peter, being pregnant and dealing with Harvey. She also gives her account of what actually happened with the Eurovision. It demonstrates how these #x27;wannabe#x27; artists are encouraged to do anything to secure a record deal! Both books simply illustrate that Ms Price is young successful entrepreneur, it#x27;s that simple. Brilliant!
Fantastic read, inspiring!! January 31, 2006 Tim Wells 7 out of 13 found this review helpful
Before i read this book i was no fan of Jordan, i never like women that have made a name for themselves by sleeping around and acting dirty. I read Jordan#x27;s first book #x27;being Jordan#x27; and thought it was an ok read, nothing too special, but then i read this autobiography. Jordan writes with a style ive never seen before, she drags you in to her world and show#x27;s us EVERYTHING. She#x27;s shares with us her depressed moments and how much of a stuggle it is to look after her disabled son Harvey. Jordan takes you on a rollercoaster ride with excitment and suspense. This book really show#x27;s how, if you clever enough you can become very successful very easily. I have to hand it to her, she may come across as thick sometimes, but this is a women making a living for herself and she#x27;s been extremley successful, its hard to expalin more about this book, but please take my word for it, it is an interesting and emotional read.
