3 out of 5 stars Good information but lacks focus and far too expensive   July 13, 2007

Has some good, useful information in it but no pictures and is far too expensive for what is a rather bog standard book. This is a real shame because I'm sure Heather Mills could produce a far better book. I got this book because, as a disabled woman myself, I thought it might inspire me to take more control of my health and body and Heather has always been an inspiration to me, (being one of only two disabled women in the public eye - the other being Tanni Grey Thompson) but it was a bit of a letdown. This is a shame because it would be great to have a really powerful and inspiring health/lifestyle book written by a disabled woman.
