April 12, 2004 13 out of 15 found this review helpful This book was better than i thought it would be.i Thought i knew mike tyson but after reading this book i found a lot more !brI dont blame mike for anything he's done,when you've read this book youll realise how hard his childhood was...heck the first known picture of him was when he was 10 or 12!no baby pictures, no pair of little mike's first shoes!mike ended up in the tryon school for boys in upstate new york and it was hear that bobby stewart showed him to the legendary cus d'amato.Read how Cus was like a father to mike and how mike embraced camille as his mother!mike was trained by cus to become the youngest heavyweight champion of the world ever!Read on the ups and downs of this remarkable fighters career.How don king affected him and how he delt with 3years in an indiana prison for a rape charge!also read about iron mike's comeback all the way up to his fight with Lennox lewis!Excellent Book ,well worth the read!(and the money) unlucky me May 21, 2009 Mr. D.
