New England Captain, Andrew Strauss has spoken about his new role in the team and what he thinks about the tour ahead.
Revealing his thoughts ahead of the team's tour of the West Indies, Strauss indicated that he feels confident of a win in St Kitts.
Speaking from Gatwick airport before boarding their flight, Strauss also added that they consider the tour as a warm up ahead of the Ashes.
He also says that looking long term, he would like to remain as England captain and wants to captain the Ashes, and says the team is fully united in that goal.
However, he also feels that the players will need to work together and take more responsibility, ahead of their big test against Australia this summer.
