David Beckham was left fuming when he was held for three hours at Los Angeles airport on Thursday (15Oct09).

The soccer ace flew into the city from London and was detained while his 12 bags were searched by officials.

A source tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "David wasn't pleased. He ranted at airport security. He even asked his handlers to do something but there was nothing they could do."
