Didier Drogba has admitted that he would welcome a move that would bring Liverpool striker Fernando Torres to Stamford Bridge.
The Ivory Coast star has been a goal scoring force at Chelsea this season, going on to scoop the golden boot last weekend when Chelsea also lifted the Premier League title.
And while nothing has yet been decided about Torres' future at Anfield Drogba reveals that he would have no problem lining up alongside the Spaniard.
Speaking to Sky Sports the striker said: "I have heard the talk about Torres maybe coming in and I would welcome it, of course.
"Every time there is a new player coming here it's making the club bigger and giving us a lot of strength.
"If there is a chance for him to come he will be welcome, because any help is welcome."
And before Drogba can concentrate on international duties at the World Cup this summer in South Africa he has an FA Cup final this weekend.
"I want to finish the job this year with the FA Cup final. To win the double would mean a lot to the club and to us as players."
