Fabio Capello has revealed that he doesn't feel under any extra pressure ahead of England's first Euro 2012 qualifier against Bulgaria at Wembley tomorrow night.

It will be only the second match for the England squad since their disappointing World Cup in South Africa this summer after winning a friendly against Hungary a few weeks ago.

And while Capello recognises that everyone will be watching him he believes that it is all part and parcel of the job of being a manager/

Speaking to Sky Sports the Italian said: "It's part of a manager's job. When you win, you're the best. When you lose, you're the worst."

And while Capello has come in for some heavy criticism in recent weeks, some calling for his job he has admitted that he has changed his approach since the World Cup.

"I learn something after a new experience. I changed something, but not a lot. We have to play without fear, I thought the players trained very well, with confidence, and I hope tomorrow we can see the same during the game.

"Bulgaria will not be an easy game to play, they are really good technically, they defend with nine players - one forward - and they play on the counter, really fast.

"Their quality is good but we have to win, we have to play well, and I hope also the fans will support us during the game."

After the match on Friday the team will travel to Switzerland for a second match next Wednesday (8th Sept). England failed to qualify for Euro 2008 two years ago, a tournament that was won by Spain.
