Ferguson to play big names in Denmark

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will play all his big-name stars in tonight's Champions League game at AaB Aalborg with Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Paul Scholes and Dimitar Berbatov all likely to feature.

When United last visited Denmark in 2006, Ferguson rested players and his weakened side lost to FC Copenhagen.

The United boss told the BBC: "I don't have any fears about complacency with this side.

"But we made a mistake with the team against Copenhagen and ended up scrapping to qualify. This time I will play my strongest team."

They are playing Manchester United, they will have a sell-out crowd and the whole town will be up for it

After drawing their opening game against Villarreal a fortnight ago, Ferguson knows United cannot afford another slip-up if they are to progress from a tricky group that also includes Celtic.

And Ferguson is not taking anything for granted ahead of his side's visit to the compact 10,500-capacity Aalborg Stadion.

"They are playing Manchester United, they will have a sell-out crowd and the whole town will be up for it. Danish clubs are always battlers."
