The City of Belfast is set to say an emotional farewell to George Best.
Thousands are set to brave the weather and turn out to pay their last respects and millions more around the world will watch TV coverage of the city's final goodbye to footballs first superstar.
It is expected to be the biggest funeral ever in Northern Ireland, almost a State Funeral with a red Manchester United draped coffin.
The remains of George Beast were flown into Northern Ireland in a private jet chartered by two businessmen at lunchtime on Friday. Son Calum and Best's agent and close friend Phil Hughes accompanied the coffin on the final journey back to the province.
They were met in privacy at RAF Aldergrove by Best's 87-year-old father Dickie and other family members, before the coffin was driven to Belfast where to lay overnight in Dickie Best's home in the east of the city.
George Best's two ex-wives, Angie and Alex, are expected to be at the service along with Phil Hughes.
A few hours later the same small group will bury Best beside his mother Ann at Roselawn Cemetery, in the hills above the east Belfast streets where the soccer genius first honed his skills.
