Harry Redknapp has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur's clash with Fulham on Saturday is more important that the Champion's League fixture next week.

The Premier League is back in action this weekend after a week break for international duty and Tottenham travel to Craven Cottage for a London derby with Fulham.

And while a Champions League clash with Inter Milan looms Redknapp reveals that his side must keep winning points if they want to qualify for Europe's biggest tournament next season.

Speaking to The Sun the Spurs boss said: "It is hard balancing the Champions League with the Premier League. But they've got to concentrate on the trip to Craven Cottage. That is the key now.

"The league position is all important because unless we win the Champions League we are not going to qualify for the Champions League next year.

"If we want to play Champions League football like Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal invariably do every year we have to finish in the top four again. That is our priority.

"We also want a good run in the Champions League but if you go out of the Champions League and finish halfway up the table, at the end of the year if you are not in European football it is not good.

"These next two league games for me are massive."

Tottenham are currently fifth in the Premier League, on eleven points alongside Arsenal, after seven games of the 2010 season. After a clash with Fulham the London side will face struggling Everton next weekend.
