Jene Hoare, from Mold entered the Original Source Mountain Mayhem last month a 24 hour mountain biking endurance race in Hereford, to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Jene rode ten laps of the nine mile mountainous terrain (90 miles in total) for her charity.
Original Source Mountain Mayhem is a challenging event, now in its 14th year where riders have to cross all kinds of terrain either as a team or a solo competitor.
On her triumph Jene said: "It was such a challenge but great fun at the same time!
"The course was a lot tougher than I anticipated, I really wanted to complete more laps - but injury forced me to stop."
The weekend not only included bike races but also children’s events, cycling demos, dog races plus much much more - it really is a weekend the whole family can get involved in!
Mountain Mayhem will be back in 2012, for more information see: www.osmountainayhem.co.uk
