This video, which you can use on your site for free, features athletics legend Haile Gebrselassie. He is running the BUPA Great Manchester Run this Sunday (17th May), and it's hoped he could challenge the world record.
The BUPA Great Manchester Run is one of the world's leading 10k road races.
The video concentrates on Haile's work as a mentor to the G4S 4-Teen, a group of athletes hoping to succeed at London 2012.
