Rory McIlroy Happy With Game Ahead Of Final Major

Rory McIllroy has revealed that he is happy for his game ahead of the USPGA Championship this week.
The Irishman goes into the final golfing major of the year as one of the favourites for the title after his great win at the U.S. Open earlier this year.
He was unable to replicate that success at the British Open, where Darren Clarke got his hands on a first major title.
But the twenty two year old was back in action at the weekend at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational where he finished joint sixth.
And with that performance McIllroy admits that he is happy with his game and looking forward to the final major of 2011.
"Speaking to Sky Sports he said: "It's been a very productive week with four rounds in the 60s," he said of his efforts at Firestone.
"It would have been nice to give myself a little more of a chance to win this week - I just didn't hole enough putts - but it's a good confidence-builder.
"I'm playing well. I'm really happy with the way I'm hitting it and driving it a lot better than I have done the last couple weeks. I'm ready for it (the USPGA)."
