Tiger Woods Believes He Can Win Masters

Tiger Woods believes that he can win a fifth Masters title.

Woods is on the hunt for a fifteenth major title but is yet to win an event since returning to the game after taking time out.

And while he could only manage a joint 24th finish at the Arnold Palmer Invitational event at bay Hill Woods believes that his game is continuing to improve.

Speaking to Sky Sports the former world number one said: “It's getting better every week I've played, and just need to keep progressing and hopefully it will peak two more Thursdays from now.

"It was a very good week and a week I needed to see. I really hit the ball well and the things that we were working on the last, you know, couple weeks, really, really felt comfortable today, and I felt I was able to control just about every shot today.

"This year, I felt like I've played my way into shape. I've played, I've kept progressing and early in the year was disappointing because the conditions showed some signs of weakness that I had to work on.

"Now, it's feeling very, very good."

The Masters starts Thursday 7th April.
