Englishman Richard Bland has claimed a narrow lead at the halfway point of the British Masters after a strong showing on Friday.
The 43-year-old produced a flawless round at The Grove to hit 64 courtesy of seven birdies, including six on the back nine, to end the day on 11 under.
Bland edges ahead of early leaders Andrew Johnston and Alex Noren, who both sit one further back after rounds of 65.
Fellow Brits Scott Jamieson, Tommy Fleetwood and Anthony Wall are tied for third on nine under after the opening two rounds.
Meanwhile, England’s former number one Luke Donald and Spain’s former Ryder Cup captain Jose Maria Olazabal both missed the cut.
