Stoke manager Mark Hughes insists he is staying positive despite his side's stuttering start to the Premier League.
The Potters currently prop up the Premier League table with just one point to show from their opening four games.
Hughes was sent off last time out after verbally abusing the fourth official when his side were beaten 4-0 by Tottenham at the Bet365 Stadium.
Crystal Palace will provide the next test for Hughes' men and the Welshman feels that once his star men start performing results will come.
Hughes said: "We haven't yet been able to produce a really strong 90 minute performance, but that will come - I am certain of it.
"Obviously it is early season form and we have a number of players who maybe aren't at the level that we know we are capable of.
"At the level we play at we need at least eight or nine who are playing at the top of their game, and for one reason or another we haven't quite had that yet - although that will change, very quickly."
