MotoGP Jerez FP2: Free practice has taken place under grey skys and on a wet track here at Jerez as the riders warm up for Saturdays qualifying.
For the first time in over a season Valentino Rossi has dominated the sessions as the 'master' made light of the terrible conditions and was only pipped to the top spot in the standings by Dani Pedrosa. Jorge Lorenzo took third place ahead of Pedrosa's team mate and current world champion Casey Stoner.and Nicky Hayden grabbing fourth. .
