Apollo Perelini originally joined Saints in 1994 from New Zealand.
Apollo Perelini is to leave his position to head up an elite sporting academy in Dubai.
The 39-year-old will remain at the club until after Saturday's Super League Grand Final against Leeds Rhinos.
The academy in Dubai has been set up to help burgeoning young athletes develop their game and improve their fitness and technique.
