Castleford Tigers have signed Luke Helliwell

The 20-year-old has signed an 18-month deal.

Luke Helliwell is expected to make his first outing in the reserve grade against Leeds Rhinos this weekend.

In 2006, Luke Helliwell was named the Bulls' Most Improved Senior Academy Player.
