Clint Greenshields signs Catalans deal

Catalans full-back Clint Greenshields has signed a new three-year contract .

The 26-year-old, has scored 19 tries.

The club are also confident that they will soon be able to announce the replacement for coach Mike Potter.

Potter is leaving the club in October to succeed Daniel Anderson at St Helens.

The announcement of the new deal for Greenshields ends speculation that he would follow Potter at the end of the season.

The Catalans say they are close to securing a replacement for Potter, with a candidate almost certain to come from Australia.
