Bradford Bulls player Solomona will be out for up to three months as he needs surgery on his dislocated shoulder.
David Solomona, 31, picked up the injury in draw with Hull KR.
Forward Jamie Langley also dislocated his shoulder against Rovers but is expected to return within three weeks.
It will mean changes for Friday's game against the Huddersfield Giants, with Matt Cook likely to start in place of 25-year-old Langley.
Fellow second-row Mike Worrincy will debut off the bench after being 18th man against Hull KR.
