Stars from Aviva Premiership team London Wasps were joined by the world's number one heptathlete Jessica Ennis, in a special role swap session at their training ground in West London.

Joe Worsley, Tom Varndell and Joe Simpson, along with the Wasps's Strength and Conditioning coach Huw Davies, were all given an opportunity to meet the World and European Champion Ennis along with her coach Toni Minichello - getting a special insight into each other's training regimes, and to see the differences in training as a team, as opposed to a more single minded approach.

The athletes gathered at the Wasps Rugby training ground where the rugby stars discussed their Premiership season so far, one of mixed fortunes due to form and injury woes, and also give their thoughts on their upcoming Boxing Day match against local rivals Saracens at Wembley.

In this exclusive video Jess Ennis gives the Wasps a lesson in how to throw shotput, where the Rugby stars they've got a lot of respect for the heptathlete for her sporting achievements.

Ennis also speaks about the Sports Personality of the Year Awards which she just missed out on, coming in as the 2nd runner up behind 15 times World Professional Darts Champion Phil Taylor and Grand National winner Tony McCoy.

She outlines her preparations for the upcoming indoor season including the Glasgow and Birmingham Aviva Grands Prix and the European Indoor Championships in March, as well as what she expects from the year ahead in 2011.

The training session and role swap opportunity was organised by Aviva, who brought their sponsorships of Premiership Rugby and UK Athletics together for the first time on the day.

All four sports stars said the experience was not only a lot of fun, but said hopefully they have all learnt a few things from each other that they can take away from the day.
