Paul Deacon out after knee operation

Paul Deacon has struggled with a cartilage problem all season.

The Bradford Bulls captain has undergone a minor knee operation to repair a cartilage problem.

The scrum-half, who has been struggling with the injury all season, will miss Sunday's trip to Hull KR and the Challenge Cup tie against Toulouse.

Deacon is expected to be available for the game against Wigan on 27 April.
