Bradford Bulls take on Toulouse, Wigan face Pia, and Catalan Dragons face Featherstone Rovers.
The Celtic Crusaders are based in Bridgend, South Wales - an area with deep rugby union associations.
After Welsh rugby union regional outfit Celtic Warriors were disbanded in 2004, owner Leighton Samuel turned his attention to league.
After forming in 2006 they joined National League Two, last year winning promotion to League One, and are a club with very real ambitions to play in Super League.
Holders St Helens have certainly been handed a relatively straightforward tie as they begin their defence of the trophy.
