Serena Williams Through With Good Win

Serena Williams got the defence of her Australian Open title underway with a straight forward victory over Urszula Radwanska.
Despite having her thigh once again strapped the world number one just dropped just three games during her 6-2 6-1 victory.
Williams looked out of sorts at the end of the week when she contested the Sydney International final, losing to Elena Dementieva.
But she appears to have put injury worries behind her to produce an impressive performance to progress to round two.
Venus Williams also got her campaign underway with a 6-2 6-2 win over Lucie Safarova as she tries to progress further than lat year where she only managed to reach the second round.
But there were no such worries today as she fired down sixteen winners on her opponent to set up a second round clash with Sybille Bammer.
There was a confident performance from the eight seed Jelena Jankovic as she saw off Monica Niculescu 6-4 6-0 as she tries to find some consistent form after struggling with injury at the back end of last season.
There was also a straight forward 6-2 6-3 win for former French Open champion Ana Ivanovic as she comfortably saw off Shenay Perry.
It was a decent day for the women's seed as Agnieszka Radwanska, Marion Bartoli and Nadia Petrova all progressed.
And Samantha Stosur kept the home hope alive as the Australian saw off Han of China. However the thirteenth seed didn't have it all her home way as she was pushed to three sets eventually prevailing 6-1 3-6 6-2.
And there was more British success today as Katie O'Brien saw off Patricia Mayr 6-3 6-3 to join Elena Baltacha in the second round.
Despite her match being carried over from yesterday, due to the bad weather, it was a confident performance by O'Brien and she will now meet Jankovic in the second round.
