David Nalbanidan Hits Out At Umpire

David Nalbanidan has hit out at the umpire who denied him the chance to appeal a call - ultimately making him lose his mammoth clash with John Isner.
The pair had been playing for over four and a half hours when they were locked together at 8-8 in the fifth.
The trouble started when an ace from Isner was called wide by the linesman only to be overruled by umpire Kader Nouni.
When Nalbandian challenged the call he was refused the chance to go to HawkEye because the umpire felt he had taken too long.
Despite calling on the court supervisor the call stood and Nalbandian lost the game and Isner lead 9-8.
Had he been allowed to challenge the ball would have been called long.
But Nalbandian couldn't regain his concentration as Isner broke in the next game to win the match 4-6 6-3 2-6 7-6 10-8.
Speaking to the Press Association after the match Nalbandian said: "I asked for Hawk-Eye as he made an overrule. I say 'okay, I see the mark, I challenge', not a big deal, but he didn't want to do it.
"So somebody from the umpires or ATP can explain this situation. I mean, what is this? This is a grand slam."
"I haven't seen the video but I don't think it was too late to call. John said, 'yeah, ask'. It's ridiculous playing this kind of tournament with this kind of umpire.
"Eight-all, break point. Can you be that stupid to do that in that moment?"
John Isner will now face Feliciano Lopez in the third round as the Spaniard came through against Flavio Cipolla 7-5 7-6 (7-4) 6-2.
There were also wins for Juan Martin Del Potro as he saw off Blaz Kavcic 6-4 7-5 6-3 and Tomas Berdych who beat Olivier Rochus 6-1 6-0 7-6 (7-4).
