BROSNAN BECOMES RESTAURATEUR
Irish actor PIERCE BROSNAN is frantically searching India for a chef worthy of cooking at the Indian restaurant he plans to open later this year (05).
The former JAMES BOND star is unimpressed with the cuisine in Los Angeles, and hopes his Hollywood eatery will provide a spicy alternative to American food.
An insider says, "He's shopping around for a chef. He's gone all the way to Mumbai, India to find one.
He thinks it's time that LA had some quality Indian food. And Pierce likes it hot!"
